QUAD 300-1200 CROPPER
Our Quad Croppers are designed to be used for the reduction of augured (round) piles up to 1200mm diameter. Utilising four powerful and fully synchronised rams with specially designed blades to give a superb pile cut. The cropper will also hold
the cut pile section safely for removal to a designated safe area. Best utilised on piles with ‘debonded’ reinforcement bars. Its design gives it a very small footprint to enable access into tight spaces. The Quad cropper can also be used to reduce contiguous and secant piled walls with spacing as close as 100mm.
CONTIG 450 & 600 CROPPER
As the name suggests, a cropper built with the purpose of reducing piles in a contiguous or secant wall formation where only two sides of the pile can be exposed and spaces between adjacent piles is tight. Two hydraulic rams mounted opposing at 180 degrees give you the ability to position the cropper over the wall to reduce the piles. The wall thickness of the cropper allows it to slot between contiguous piles with spacing as close as 70mm.
POWER CROPPER
Designed to be better than the rest, and it is by some way. By utilising lighter, stronger materials we have kept the weight to 1Tonne and the dimensions small to enable easy movement around
your site. Two very powerful rams ensure no pile up to 300mm will not be cut with ease by the two extremely hard wearing and fully scissoring jaws. Hydraulic control boxes ensure the two jaws operate in complete unison giving you much less trimming work at finish level. The Power Cropper can be used to reduce the piles in sections of 1m and more at a time, cutting straight through the reinforcement allowing the site to be cleared extremely quickly. Due to its excellent control, the Power Cropper can also be used to reduce the pile in small sections leaving the rebar intact.
Highly recommended for sites with a sea of piles requiring quick reduction to ground level.

DUAL CROPPER
Our Dual cropper is used to reduce any pre-cast concrete (PCC) pile with single ormultiple reinforcement bars. The cropper is narrow enough to fit into 600mm trench digs and tight spaces, this is a very versatile cropper giving a superb finish using the two cutting blades. The Dual cropper is used to expose the rebar to the finish level by nibbling down the pile at intervals of 250mm -500mm. Recommended for sites where the multi-bar cropper is too large. 800kg weight – minimum 8T excavators and above.
CROPPER
Traditional linked modular cropper can be manually adjusted to suit required pile sizes. Adjustments of 100mm at a time can be achieved easily, without hydraulic intervention, by adding a Half Link. Using the provided lifting frame the CFA Cropper has the advantage of minimal vertical restriction, making it ideal in deep foundations. The standard CFA Cropper will cut circular augured concrete piles from 300mm to 1200mm. The Heavy Duty CFA Cropper is used for piles sizes 1200mm to 2400mm.
MULTI-BAR CROPPER
An old favourite the Multi-Bar cropper as its name suggests is used for precast piles (PCC ) with four or more reinforcement bars (rebar).
At only 450kgs the cropper can be mounted to a minimum 6T Excavator. The cropper is designed to remove sections of concrete at approx. 250mm per crop. The 4 powerful rams and blades penetrating past the rebar and into the centre of the pile to leave a minimum of trimming.
Not recommended for pile caps or tight sites – requires a 600 bucket dig all around pile edge.
PRE-CAST 400 CROPPER
Our newly designed cropper for piles from 300-400mm, as its name suggests is used for precast piles (PCC ) with four or more reinforcement bars (rebar). At only 550kgs the cropper can be mounted to a minimum 6T Excavator. The cropper is designed to remove sections of concrete at approx. 250mm per crop. The 4
powerful rams and blades penetrating past the rebar and into the centre of the pile to leave a minimum of trimming.
Not recommended for pile caps or tight sites – requires a 600 bucket dig all around pile edge.
SINGLE-BAR CROPPER
Predominately used with Roger Bullivant and Van Elle single re-bar piles. Simplistic design leads to a very slim pile cropper which can be lowered over piles in trenches as narrow as 450mm. Perfect for traditional and trench foundations in housing and commercial projects. Manual adjustment between 200/225/250/300mm can be easily carried out on site using a 30mm hexagon spanner.
At only 450kgs the cropper can be mounted to a minimum 6T Excavator.
