CGR CASING SYSTEM
External draws
When you're drilling through loose soils, water-bearing layers, or fractured rock, keeping the hole open is the difference between a productive day and a costly problem. Our Casing Advancement Systems let you drill and install casing in a single pass—so the hole stays open, the tools stay safe, and the job keeps moving.
How It Works
The drilling assembly attaches to the bottom of your casing. A pilot bit drills the center while a ring bit cuts the outer diameter, creating just enough space for the casing to follow behind. The result? Immediate support in unstable ground with no secondary casing run.
Why It Matters
No Hole Collapse
The casing goes in as you drill. There's no open hole stage where things can go wrong.
Faster Production
Drilling and casing in one step means fewer tool changes and less rig time.
Less Risk
When the ground goes bad, expensive tools stay protected inside the casing.
Built for Tough Conditions
Perfect for:
-
Installing permanent casing in water-bearing layers
-
Soil stabilization and grout injection (CGR)
